Mark Proudley MNAVA
30 years of experience full time within the plant and machinery valuation and disposal industry, including insolvency valuations, mergers and acquisitions, insurance valuations and management of auctions and disposal sales. Mark has carried out valuations on a wide range of industrial and commercial assets with a value in excess of £10 million.
1989-2000: Employed by Edward Symmons & Partners in their Plant & Machinery department in Southampton, initially as a trainee valuer, rising to a senior valuer prior to leaving to set up own business.
2000-2003: Director & shareholder in Townsend Asset Services Ltd in Southampton, mainly providing plant & machinery valuation and disposal services to insolvency practitioners. During this period Mark became an experienced Plant & Machinery Auctioneer. In addition, he was responsible for all accounting and administrative functions of the business.
2003-2009: Director of Hilco Appraisal Ltd who took over the above business in May 2003. Responsible for running the Southampton office, providing the same services to the same client base above together with all accounting and administration.
2009-Present: Managing Director and Owner of Proudley Associates Ltd.

10 years of experience within the plant and machinery valuation and disposal industry, including insolvency valuations, mergers and acquisitions, insurance valuations, valuations of leasehold and freehold property, and management of auctions and disposal sales.
2009-2012: Worked part-time for the company whilst studying for A-Levels at St Peters RC Secondary School, providing accounts assistance and producing asset schedules.
2012-2014: Worked part-time for the company whilst studying for a BTEC National Award in Applied Science (Medical), taking on more responsibilities within the company, and learning valuation skills. Joined NAVA as a Student Member.
2014-2016: Took a full-time position within the company as an Assistant Valuer and Online Auction Manager, whilst studying BSc Real Estate Management as a distance degree from the University College of Estate Management. Also completed the NFOPP Level Three Technical Award in Chattels Auctioneering and became a Full Member of NAVA. Finalist in the 'Rising Star' Category at the 2017 NAVA Awards.
2016-2019: Associate Director of Proudley Associates Ltd. Graduated with First Class Honours in BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management. Became a fellow of both NAVA and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
2020-Present: Director of Proudley Associates Ltd. Passed Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Lewis Proudley MNAVA
Having joined Proudley Associates Ltd in 2016, Lewis has gained a strong knowledge base within the valuation and disposal field. This enables him to advise our clients on such matters including corporate insolvency and private bankruptcy valuations, valuations for insurance, mergers and acquisitions, leasehold and freehold property appraisals and disposal sales.
2013 - 2015: Operations worker at M&S, while starting a full time BSc (Hons) Sports Psychology degree at Bournemouth University.
2015 – 2016: One Year University placement at Parkstone Golf Club. Overseeing the members section, weekly competitions, heading weekly management meetings and day to day office administration.
2016 – 2017: Part time Assistant Valuer and Auction administrator at Proudley Associates Ltd, whilst graduating from Bournemouth University with a BSc in Sports Psychology and Coaching Sciences. Took up a full-time position as an Assistant Valuer with Proudley Associates.
2017 - 2018: Completed the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Chattels Auctioneering to become a full member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers. Began a 2-year distance learning Masters degree in Real Estate with the University College of Estate Management.

Brendan Fisher MRICS

Tony Proudley FNAEA
30+ years in Estate Agency and currently one of only a select few Fellows of the National Association of Estate Agents in the whole of Bournemouth and Poole. Tony has worked his way up from trainee surveyor, negotiator and managing a number of high profile offices.
1995 – 2000: Partner of Simpsons Estate Agents, upon invitation of its founder Mike Simpson. During this time Tony was able to use his current knowledge and help to drive and push Simpsons in a positive direction.
2000 – 2009: Senior Partner of Simpsons Estate Agents covering a wide range of responsibilities including, Property Valuations, sales and the day to day running of the business. While studying to become a Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
2009 – Present: Proprietor of Simpsons Estate Agents. Residential Property Consultant to Proudley Associates Ltd.
